There are so many tapes in the website, which one should I buy?

Can I get a customized printing and slitting for my tapes?

Yes! You are able to add text to your tapes with your desired size. Contact us at 62521955 during hour working hours from 8.30am to 6.30pm and we will be glad to help.

Can I self-collect?

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Sorry, we don't accept Cash On Delivery. You can make payment via PayNow to us before Collection / Delivery.

Got free delivery?

How long before my order arrives?

2-3 Working Days Upon Order Confirmation.

I would like to change my delivery address. What should I do next ?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, once the package is shipped out, there is nothing we can do. In regards to a change of delivery address, we recommend checking in with your delivery courier if you would like for it to be changed. How do I cancel my order and get refunded?

Kindly email to us your Order Number and Items Purchase, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Generally refund amount takes 5-10 working days to show up on your bank's statement.
